What did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be happy and share this happiness with other people,
was lucky enough to find a profession that enabled me to do just that.
After being immersed in the hospitality industry for over 15 years, I have been able to gain a wealth of knowledge and trade experience, including working at a 3 Michelin starred classical French fine dining restaurant, a 1 Michelin starred country house hotel both featured in Relais & Chateaux, to competing in national cooking competitions, silver service waiting and the Executive Chef of an internationally renowned coffee roasting company, to name but a few. I enjoy working with dynamic teams who are goal focused to help them achieve their dreams, and become trendsetters within the industry.
This website is my platform for reaching out to people, I wish to inspire the home cook and other professionals, to think about where their food is coming from, to have fun in creating dishes for their family, friends, and customers whilst sharing the happiness a good meal can bring.
