Parramasala will stretch your mind and your body. You have the opportunity to engage with the artists of the festival in a range of fascinating and intimate workshops. The level of experience required varies, with several sessions open to beginners. And from Monday to Friday at 7am, a free Yoga & Music session will be held in Town Hall Square. On Saturday... sleep in! The yoga sessions are at 1.30pm and 6pm.
